  • Before all these steps please make the video before unboxing the parcel so there should be no trust issue with anything.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the return accordingly.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. So please make an video before unboxing the parcel.
